I’m Brandee, the Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner behind Bee Collective Wellness. I’m on a mission to empower people to reclaim their health and cultivate lasting wellness. I offer online and personal holistic nutrition coaching to support your unique body and develop a healthy relationship with wholesome, nourishing foods.
Just like a great meal, life needs some added seasoning and spice. MY LAST PIECE OF ADVICE
You don't have to be a gourmet chef to use these meal plans.
I get it that food and meal planning is not everyone's priority or passion. What I have learned, though, is that most people want to fuel their bodies differently but are often uninspired or confused by what really is healthy food. Having a guide to help you fuel your body and try a few new foods takes the hard out of meal planning.
These plans are accessible to all and required minimal kitchen skills. Increase your efficiency in the kitchen by gathering the ingredients and reading through the recipe prior to starting the preparation. I can't wait to see the pictures of your beautiful, yummy creations!
